I have lived here for 13 months. Totally enjoyed every minute. Property kept very clean. Office staff are, organized, professional and willing to help anyway they can. The maintenance is outstanding. always saying Hi when they see you and if problems arise they are right there to fix it.The trash truck comes everyday but Sunday to dump trash out of dumpsters .And fantastic views of the Catalina mountains.
